RPS Education – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities, code of conduct, and operational guidelines for all Management, Offices, Sub-Offices, teachers, students, and associates under RPS Education. By enrolling, collaborating, or working with RPS Education, all parties agree to abide by these rules in accordance with institutional policy and applicable laws of Pakistan.
2. Key Roles and Responsibilities
2.1 Management
Ensure compliance with RPS policies, ethics, academic schedules, and codes of conduct.
Oversee Offices and Sub-Offices, verify local operations, maintain quality assurance, and manage records.
Approve outreach and community messaging; direct all official communication paths.
2.2 Office
Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations as per RPS standards.
Coordinate between Management and Sub-Offices for smooth functioning.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and student service support.
2.3 Sub-Office
Conduct local outreach, onboarding, orientation, and student coordination under Office and Management guidance.
Relay student concerns, manage attendance, and enforce RPS standards.
Follow communication, branding, and scheduling protocols.
3. Teachers & Collaboration
All teachers must be enrolled and registered with RPS before engaging in any collaboration.
Teachers will operate strictly under RPS guidelines, policies, and approved methods.
Direct personal contact between teachers and students (such as exchanging personal mobile numbers) is prohibited; communication must remain through official RPS channels.
4. Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respect towards teachers, management, and fellow students at all times.
Disruptive, unethical, or negative activities are strictly prohibited.
All learning and extracurricular activities must be officially approved by RPS.
5. Payments & Official Accounts
Fees are only accepted through the official RPS account as communicated by management.
Any payment made to a person or account outside official channels will be at the payer’s own risk; RPS will not be responsible.
6. Special Educational Support Fund (Technical Clause)
RPS maintains a structured long-term educational benefit plan through which eligible students may receive a gradual fee return over a three-year period as part of its extended learning support framework. This facility is an additional privilege beyond the core academic package.
In rare circumstances—such as institutional operational adjustments, market-linked educational ventures, or unforeseen events—processing timelines for this support may be temporarily adjusted.
The primary education services, as committed, will continue without disruption.
7. Disciplinary Actions & Fund Suspension
RPS reserves the right to withhold or suspend benefits, privileges, or specific financial programs for any student, teacher, or associate found violating institutional rules.
Such decisions will be based on documented evidence and formal review.
8. Legal Compliance
All activities within RPS Education will comply with applicable Pakistani laws, SECP guidelines (where relevant), and education sector regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to resolution under the legal jurisdiction where RPS Education operates.
9. Environment & Respect Policy
RPS maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespect, harassment, or conduct harmful to the learning environment.
All members are required to contribute positively to a safe, ethical, and professional atmosphere.
