This Privacy Policy explains how RPS Education collects, uses, protects, and stores information. Our goal is to protect the privacy of all members while ensuring smooth and secure operations in education, training, and skill development.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect:
Personal Details: Name, contact number, email, address, CNIC/passport number, enrollment details.
Academic Data: Courses, attendance, results, assignments, participation records.
Digital Data: Login activity, platform usage, IP addresses for online security.
Financial Data: Fee payment records, scholarship eligibility, refund schedules.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for:
Enrollment and program delivery.
Attendance and performance tracking.
Official communications and updates.
Fee management and scholarship processing.
Ensuring compliance with RPS rules, regulations, and legal requirements.

Only authorized RPS personnel can access your data when needed for official purposes.

RPS does not sell or share your personal data with outside parties without consent, except where required by law.
5. Scholarship & Special Funds
RPS operates certain special financial assistance funds for eligible students, which may include partial or full returns of certain fee amounts over time.
> In rare emergency situations or due to operational/business challenges, the disbursement of these specific assistance funds may be temporarily delayed or paused. These funds are separate from standard services and are considered an extra benefit beyond the guaranteed education services.
6. Management, Office & Sub-Office Duties
Management: Policy creation, quality control, dispute resolution, and major decision-making.
Office: Student registration, record-keeping, communication, and finance coordination.
Sub-Office: Local-level support, student guidance, and event organization under RPS rules.
7. Teachers’ Terms
Teachers must first be registered with RPS before starting collaboration.
All teaching activities must follow RPS rules.
Direct personal contact (e.g., sharing private phone numbers) between teachers and students is not allowed outside official channels.
8. Student Rules
All fees must be submitted only to the official RPS account; payments made elsewhere are at the payer’s own risk.
Students must respect teachers, staff, and peers, and help maintain a positive learning environment.
Negative or harmful activities are strictly prohibited.
9. Data Rights
All members have the right to:
Request correction of incorrect data.
Ask for a summary of their stored information.
Withdraw from optional data programs where applicable.
10. Policy Changes
RPS may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated through official channels before implementation.
